A selection of vineyard plots at the heart of the sublime Morgon Cru.
Chateau Bellevue’s vineyards cover 18ha in the Morgon Cru. The terroirs of this famous cru are numerous and varied. The goal of the winery is to allow their exceptional vineyard plots, situated on hillside sites, speak to the aromatic expressions of the individual climats of ‘Le Clos’, ‘Cotes du Py’ and ‘Les Charmes’. The vineyards are all managed with a respect to the ecological balance of the soils, which are cultivated following an integrated viticultural approach. In the cellar, various sizes of oak, concrete vats and inox tanks are used for vinification; each vessel chosen for the particular maceration of every parcel. In this way, the winery can focus its attention on the terroir of each climat, producing wines that truly reflect a unique sense of place and diversity of Gamay Noir. Vegan friendly, these wines are absolute delights to enjoy while taking time to prepare a meal for family and friends.
