Shipping Policy

As licensed Ontario wine agents, we are able to deliver wine throughout the province of Ontario. You can find more information and wine delivery protocols below.

Where do you ship?

We are currently only licensed to sell and deliver wines in the province of Ontario. We can ship wine almost anywhere within the province. If you find at check out that we cannot ship to your region, please reach out to: wine@thevineagency.ca

How much does shipping cost?

Our standard shipping rate is $20.00 per order. Shipping rates are subject to change based on postal code.

When can I expect delivery?

Orders are scheduled for delivery based on the postal code and route of our drivers. We strive to get you the wine within a week. Our wines are delivered by our own drivers. For more remote regions, we do have to use a 3rd party courier company and this typically takes a little longer for orders to arrive.

Can I come to your office to pick up my order?

Our office is purely administrative so unfortunately, we are not able to facilitate pick-ups currently.

Returns & Exchange Policy

I tried the wine and it was faulted. Now what? 

We are very sorry to hear that! Please contact us at  wine@thevineagency.ca or call us at +1-416-693-7994. We’d be happy to arrange a refund or exchange the wine at no additional cost.
