Adaptation is a member of the PlumpJack Group of wineries. Winemaker Andrew Haugen puts together a complex, yet approachable wine that hails from some of the most renowned and historic vineyards in the valley. 7 vineyard sites, stretching from the mountainous terrain of Howell Mountain to the valley floor of Oak Knoll, Stags Leap and Carneros, are the inspiration for the wine. Decades long friendships with these farms in some of the best sites in the Napa Valley allow Andrew and his team to create a wine that reflects the best of the region. This is a wine for special occasions, although it does love a good burger!
