Located in the heart of the village of Meursault since 1929, Cerberon is the family estate of Francoise Nicvert, whose day job is at Méo-Camuzet. With a winegrowing history stretching back 150 years, the family owns almost 3 hectares of exceptional vineyards in Meursault, Volnay and Pommard.

In the case of Cerberon, Francoise is the winemaker (she handles administration at Méo-Camuzet), assisted by her husband, cousins, and other family members to tend the vineyards and 13^th century cellar. Since the 1920s, management of the domaine has been passed from great-grandmother, to daughter...

This is one of the most compact cellars we have ever visited, and obviously every step of harvest to production and bottling is done by the owner’s hands.

These are very fine wines, available in miniscule quantities.
