Château Pesquié 2017 'Les Terrasses' Rosé, Ventoux

Very pale and very dry, with loads of berry, citrus & floral tones.
Refreshing and very satisfying.
50% Cinsault / 40% Grenache / 10% Syrah grown on limestone & clay soils.
Fermented in stainless, with a very short cold soak to extract as little colour as possible.

Limited Quantity of Magnums Coming Soon (Reserve Now)
estimated Retail:  $42.95  (3 x 1500 mL/cs)

Roccafiore 2017 Rosato di Sangiovese, Umbria

Dynamic pink colour, bone-dry. Fresh and savoury. This is a very versatile 'food wine'.
Spicy, floral, cherry and grapefruit tones. Medium-full bodied.
100% Sangiovese.

Fermented in stainless following 8 hour maceration on the skins.
Roccafiore is an organic farm 125 km north of Rome, in stunning Umbrian Hills.

Stoller 2017 Pinot Noir Rosé, Willamette Valley

100% Pinot Noir that is farmed purposefully for Rosé production, and 'whole-cluster pressed'.
The resulting wine is quite dramatic - both in colour and flavour. Deep Rosé pink colour. It's fullish bodied, with gorgeous strawberry, watermelon & tropical fruit tones. Vibrant acidity gives lift and ensures the wine tastes dry, while harnessing the fullness of flavour into great focus.

Stoller is the largest contiguous vineyard in Oregon's Dundee Hills, comprising 215 acres of sustainably farmed vineyard. The vineyard is planted with 6 different clones of Pinot Noir, among other varieties, contributing to impressive diversity and complexity. Stoller's grapes are much prized by other quality-oriented Oregon wineries.

Limited Quantity of Magnums Available
Retail:  $93.95  (6 x 1500 mL/cs)

La Vida al Camp 2014 Rosé Brut, Cava

A beautiful salmon-copper colour, this is serious Cava made from indigenous Xarel-lo, Macabeo and Trepat grapes. As with Champagne (and unlike Prosecco) the wine undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle, creating a refined, complex effervescence. The wine spends 15 months aging on the lees (nearly double the minimum requirement) providing depth of flavour and appealing toasty, 'bready' notes. Perfect as an aperitif, its an ideal match with salty, nutty, savoury foods (yeah I mean tapas - almonds, olives, jamon, sardines...)

The winery and vineyards are located in Catalonia, in the hills just north of Barcelona.

Schramsberg 2015 Brut Rosé, North Coast

A staple in our portfoiio for 15 years, this is simply a stunning bottle of wine.
59% Pinot Noir / 41% Chardonnay from a multitude of small vineyards in Mendocino, Napa-Carneros, Marin and Sonoma; Schramsberg crafts the ultimate California sparkling wine. About a third of the base wine is barrel-fermented, the second fermentation takes place in bottle ('Traditional Method'/Methode Champenoise), and the wine remains on its' lees in bottle for a minimum of 24 months.

This is a delicious, very complex bottle of wine, with fruity aromas of candied orange, raspberry, cranberry complemented by notes of orange blossom and brioche. Fresh, juicy acidity drives to a bright, clean finish. Seriously, Schramsberg kicks Champagne's butt when it comes to price-quality-sheer pleasure.
