This non-vintage sparkler is produced using the traditional method and spends a minimum of 30 months on the lees before disgorging. The result is a clean, fresh, cool-climate brut that is perfect as an aperitif. Look for notes of red apple, Bartlett pear, bread dough and wet stone. The palate is vivacious and quite rich, laced with beautiful minerality.

NV Prosecco 'Extra Dry', Treviso

This playful, fruity wine has a wonderfully creamy texture. Classic Prosecco with a little extra depth. 

A brilliant straw yellow colour with green nuances. Fine grain perlage with persistent foam. Fruity with hints of green apple and pear. Floral notes of wisteria and vanilla flowers. Well balanced, fresh, with a lively fruity aroma. 


 

Cocci Grifoni, Italy

2013 'Gaudio Magno' Offida Passerina Brut

If you’re looking to serve something a little different, this is it. Made from 100% Passerina, a grape native to Italy’s Marche region. Lime, white peach, yeast, herbs and intense minerality. Zesty acidity makes this a great one to pair with food. 


 

La Vida al Camp, Spain

NV Brut Rosé, Cava

This intriguing Cava is made from indigenous varieties Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Trepat. The nose offers seductive notes of lemon peel, white peach and cassis. On the palate it’s full with a creamy texture and a long finish. The wine spends 15 months on the lees (the minimum requirement in Cava is 9) and it’s made from organically grown fruit.

2011 Blanc de Blancs Brut, North Coast
Retail: $51.95 / btl (6 btls/cs) 

Bracing and bright, this shows definite Chardonnay characteristics, such as a buttery, apple pie aroma and vivid crisp apple and lemon flavors. Nothing is overblown, though, so it retains finesse. This will be great as an apéritif and even better with seafood after sitting down at the table.
